This was a great buy!!! I have to be on oxygen at home for several hours a day and I kept running out of cannulas. Now I can change them out when I need to. The plastic is soft and supple and the prongs are longer, so that my nostrals do not get as irritated.

I use a fairly high level of oxygen with a concentrator and a fifty foot cord. This is before the seven foot nasal cannola tubing. I bought these because of the soft touch which is great for the ears.....That is if you don't strangle yourself with the very small twist cord by neck. This twists and tangles under your chin, unless you are very careful and straighten the cord continually. You must have a mirror to be able to see all the the twists forming. As a new user of oxygen I was fortunate to have my physical therapist arrive, as she menioned by face was blue and purple!
Also the Medline cannula line is one third of the thickness of the previous line. This did not provide enough oxygen for me.

I opened two packages and I will never order 36 of a package again.

I love the product and I would recommend it to anyone who is on oxygen. The cannulas are soft and do not cause skin irritation for extended and/or long use. Great economical buy and I would order from this seller again and again and again. The product shipped immediately and arrived in condition with no problems. I finally opened one of Medline Industries HCSU 4514 soft Nasal touch nasal Cannula with universal connector. This is poorly explained. I have never seen cannulas with threaded connectors. The connector is NOT UNIVERSAL. I cannot use these cannulas. They are not universal. They do not offer a simple adaptable [;astoc plug that allows a person to plug the cannula into the universal green hose!! I am receiving more and more stuff that is useless because it was poorly explained. Or, because Amazon mixes and matches stuff when a specific product is desired. IE, I have bought hardcover books by William C. Dietz. I will go to the William C. Dietz page and then discover other authors, first their works are unrelated to science fiction, ie, How to bath you baby, how to repair a car etc. When I have placed an order, believing the product to be hardcover because the heading states only hardcover books are being sold and I receive a paperback. Or, I order a non Dietz hardcover that deals with WW II. I love history, but when I want to read science fiction to relax, I don't require Heavy topic to weed through. Science fiction allow me a mental escape from reality. Top notch historical writers are just too heavy when I want to relax.

It works well enough with my Inogen 2 but there are 2 drawbacks. 1) the connection to the machine is threaded and does not fit tightly, thus can come apart, and 2) the plastic gets very stiff in cold weather.
