I am in love with this pony! I bought this for my son's 6th Birthday and have not given it to him yet, but he saw the box that has a huge picture of the horse. :-( Very sturdy for a small child(my son weighs about 45lbs). Be careful opening the box if it's a surprise also, a simple touch and the horse nays.

My 3 yr old son asked for a horse for Christmas and since we are currently pasture-less this was a great find. Over the past month all of my kids (including my 8 year old who is almost 5 feet tall) have enjoyed riding on this little horse and so far the only "wear and tear" I can see is dog hair all over him. The sounds are realistic and while I could do without the song it sings, it isn't enough to make me want to remove batteries. This is a great little horse and I heartily recommend it to any pint sized horse enthusiast

Let me start by saying this horse is beautiful! The horse is exactly as shown in picture and in my opinion more beautiful in person. Soft plush fur with firm steady frame. I (140lbs) sat on horse with no problem. Sings when you press ears and makes realistic horse sounds when you pull up on reins. Also makes galloping noise when you press on back end. Saddle is attached and does not come off. My only complaint is the hair on horse is thin and sheds very easily. I bought this horse for my daughter for Christmas and she will absolutely love it! ! I would recommend to anyone with a little girl. This is a beautiful horse and made very well. Price is great for such an outstanding gift. Would buy again and again! !

Bought this as a gift for my 3 year old nephew and he loved it! The horse is super soft and it's pretty large. He needed a little bit of help getting onto its back the first time. The mane and tail were nice and frizzy and fit the horse well. It came packaged in a large box ready to go. I would highly suggest it for any horse loving kid. It is very sturdy and not at all tippy. It's heavyish but not too heavy for a three year old to drag around. It's a great product and a really good alternative to a rocking horse or those jumpy horses. Well worth the price - might have to get the brown one so he has a matching set!

Overall the horse is great! My daughter loves it. The sounds the horse makes are cute and not too annoying! Its super light, but seems pretty sturdy for the intended age. I give it 4 stars because the mane and tail hair really looks scragly and falls out a bit.

I bought this for my 4-year-old for Christmas. It looks so real my dogs were growling at it on Christmas morning! It's so soft, and the coloring is so unique and beautiful. It came in a large box completely assembled. All I had to do was take it out and set it by the tree! It neighs, makes clip-clop sounds, and sings a couple corny songs, but my daughter just loves it. I like how this has a metal frame and can support quite a lot of weight. My daughter is 40 lbs. and it's no problem at all for her. She loves spending time brushing him and playing with his tack. The only thing I modified was the reins are attached to the neck, so you can't really move them. I just snipped them on each side with a nail clippers and wah-la, movable reins. A little pricey but when you consider how much weight it can hold and how long it will last, it's really not that bad.

This horse is Amazing! I purchased it for my 5 year old grand daughter and she LOVES it!! It is sturdy and well made. I purchased it for about half what Amazon is selling for now. :) The noise effects are Loud and are annoying, but the 2 AA batteries under the stomach can be removed easily using a small Phillip's head screwdriver. It is stable when my grand daughter sits on it. The metal stirrups are a cute addition to the overall look of the horse. The fabric appears to be made from a good quality plush fabric. The mane and tail are long and lovely, but not real thick. It has little hair clips in the mane that can be use for styling the mane and tail. The horses head turns a bit when she pulls the reins and this makes it more realistic. This horse is bigger than it looks in the online photos. Although the hoofs don't have wheels on them, my grand daughter actually pulls it around by the reins and it doesn't fall over.I would buy it again and highly recommend this horse your little horse lover! LOVE this horse!!
