Pros:
- I like mops with washable heads. I can't stand the waste associated with traditional sponge mops.
- It is a good quality mop, it's very sturdy and swivels great in all directions.
- It's wider than a traditional mop so I can cover a larger area in less time

Cons:
- I find it a pain to wet the cloth separately, wring it out, then put it on the mop, then take it off and rinse it, wring it out, put it back on...would be great if you didn't have to do it manually!

First mop arrived with no top cover for handle (the green part). Replacement was quickly sent. Three months later the bottom portion of the mop detached from the handle. So disappointed as I really like this brand.
