- I purchased the Power Swing Plus for my 10-year old son as an aid to assist him with learning proper arm position mechanics; mainly to prevent his front elbow from flying upwards during his swing resulting in an uppercut swing; a bad habit we've been trying to eliminate. By wearing the product as a training aid during hitting drills, it obviously restricts movement, forcing the hitter's arms to stay in their proper position (building muscle memory) without the hitter having to think about it; exactly what is needed for younger players. My son has only been using the Power Swing Plus for about a week since we got it, so final verdict is still out, but I have seen slight improvement in consistency with percentage of level swings when working off the tee or throwing soft-toss.
- Overall, the construction of the Power Swing Plus is very good, with plenty of padding on inside of arm/wrist straps; again, final verdict is still out as it has only been in use for about a week.
- The only reason I gave it 4/5 star rating and not 5/5 star rating is the price. In my opinion it is a little steep for what you are getting; delivered via US mail in an envelope.
- Lastly, I would recommend ordering the adult model, as I did, if your son/daughter is age 10 or older. There is a youth version, which saves you a few dollars, but says it is only rated for persons up to 65lbs in weight.

The product is helpful but pricey. Well constructed and fairly easy to attach. It really forces you to swing they way they want you to. It keeps you in a confined swing but does seem to restrict being able to snap the wrists. I would buy it again.
