    Bought these for my hubs who recently started doing crossfit. He struggles with balance on clean and jerk, so I looked into these as the most recommended and best reviewed I could find, plus we got a good deal getting the yellow ($70 cheaper than white). He LOVES them and immediately could tell a difference in stability during lifting. Just FYI they are a shoe JUST for lifting. Not anything you can wear for movement, even walking around too much, in case someone is unsure, but worth the investment to improve squatting and lifting moves.

    I was skeptical at first. Didn't think oly lifters would make that much of a difference. However friends at the box recommended them and they were on sale, so I went for it. I have been using these for several months now and can't believe I didn't pull the trigger sooner. I get incredible sturdy balance on Olympic lifts. Not recommended for dead lifts though. Squat and front squat pr's are climbing fast. I get in a much better position on all lifts and have greatly improved my form. Only downside is I do have to switch from my lifters and Nanos depending on what we are doing. These are not for running.

    I'm giving this 4 stars since I am not experienced with any other lifting shoe. I was wearing a minimalist shoe for crossfit. Once I got the lifters, they stabilized my legs and put my feet in a much better lifting position. This made my lifts much better and made using the correct form much easier. I still dead lift barefoot, but I love these shoes for lifting!

    Great lifting shoe. Second strap lends it a noticeably more solid feel than the regular Reebok Lifter 2.0. Definitely not useful for a WOD with running as platform heel makes me clomp along in an exaggerated heel-strike form despite normally being a forefoot-strike runner. A bit too wide for my slightly narrow feet.

    These are the first pair of squat shoes I've ever owned. I had always squatted barefoot or in flat soles before but decided to give Oly shoes a try. After using these for multiple squat sessions I can honestly say I will never squat without them again. You hear phrases like "locked into the ground" and "rock solid stability," but you can't truly appreciate what that means until you squat in these. Once you get your feet set, they will not roll or shift and going into the hole with the weight on your back takes on a different, more confident, feel. I can't recommend these shoes enough to anyone who is serious about their weight training. Would definitely buy again.

    Tight fit which is what I enjoy when lifting. The neon color is bright but the cost savings was worth it. The base plate is very solid during squats and the shoe feels like its made of good quality materials to last a long time.

    For the money, this shoe is excellent for the purposes of strength training/Olympic weightlifting. It's very easy to keep a flat foot and to keep my weight back on my heels through a squat or clean. I feel no "give" through the soles of these shoes during lifts, which helps with force transfer and in turn, helps with strength training. When I'm wearing the shoe, it gives me a sense of being "locked in" to the ground which helps with confidence during challenging lifts. The straps help to customize the fit to individual preferences. This is an all around solid shoe and one of the least expensive ones that are specifically designed for lifting. I use this shoe about three times a week; I have been weightlifting in some form or capacity for about 12 years.

    These are my 1st set of olys. Didn't want to spend 200 or 300 on shoes so these were perfect for me. Don't the let the word crossfit deter you from getting these for lifting.

    I got these to focus on the squat every day program. They're fantastic. I ordered a half size smaller than my normal shoes and they fit snug which is what I wanted. The hard heel makes every squat abd deadlift feel more sturdy.
