I thought this would be a good bargain. Turns out that this stuff barely works. It seems as though there is no flux embedded in the wick like they use in Chemtronics brand Solder-Wick. The solder just balls up and doesn't get absorbed by the wick. Spend the extra money and just get the real stuff.

It works, nice little variety pack.

I don't do much soldering anymore, but this is a nice variety pack. Especially if you are doing any SMD. The braid works just as good as any and was delivered in less than a week.

No disappointments. The rolls of copper desoldering wicks came quickly and it worked reasonably well for desoldering a micoswitch off a PC board. 1.5m to each roll should last beyond a lifetime.
