    I've returned my first pair of Paige frye short boots after two days wear the glue on the heal separated from the boot, and just received my second pair that Amazon resent me and the glue is just soft glue. Color was gorgeous and got many compliments on them just really disappointed in the cost of them for the quality.

    Boots bought my wife. Its size Frye 8.5. This is her 5 pair Frye and the size has never made a mistake, it is necessary to buy the exact size. Beautiful, comfortable, can be a long walk, but the sole is very thin, will soon have to put new soles. It is difficult to put on and off due to lack of lightning. Color does not match with what was listed on the site Frye, now picture on Amazon is close to reality.

    I absolutely love these boots! With that said, they were too small for me. The problem I had was getting them through the top of the boot. I flexed my foot straight but still the width from the end of my heel to my instep of my foot was just too wide to pass through. I am so sad as these are boots are so cute!

    Comparing these to my Frye Button Short boots, these run VERY wide. I do have a narrow foot but don't have this
    problem with my other Fryes. My feet swim in these 8.5B. Not sure if I will keep them since I really don't want to be forced to wear super thick socks year round...

    Beautiful boots and great brand. This would have been my 3rd pair of Fryes. However, one pair is zippered and the other is lace up. I couldn't even get my foot (6.5) through the opening with the assistance of a shoe horn and my husband.

    The boot is beautiful! I love the simplicity and the rich red color. What I don't like is the lack of arch support. It is great for a short walk or to wear just around the office on the carpeting but not an all day boot. I walk a lot and this boot would not support or have enough cushion for my feet on the hard surface of the sidewalk. I am okay with that but it's limiting.

    I could not fit my narrow foot down the shaft of this boot. It runs small. Also, I'm pretty upset that I can't size up as an exchange- the next size is over $200 more expensive than the size I bought! This would have been my third pair of Frye boots.

    If I could say the "F" word, I would. I have bought at least 15 pair of boots and even visited Utah to a famous Western shop. These boots smell awesome, look awesome with a fun dress or jeans. My husband laughed because I wore them from the second I got them in the mail and to bed that night with my pajamas. Also, they aren't the kind of boots that you literally (we have all been there) have to have a second party help you pull them off. I saved money for a year for these babies and scoured for some sort of discount. Never found one. Sadly, it will be another year for those, unless a wealthy family member croaks ( that's how F'ing good they are.
