Exactly what I was looking for + good quality.

I use supplements from VPX Sports and they use these in their bottles....only the inserts they use are extremely cheap and fall apart within a week so you always ending up shoving the garbage piece inside the bottle and then you have no way of using the dang bottle. It's extremely irritating but I can only fight so hard, at the end of the day I'm still going to buy the same supplements. Now I buy these as my inserts instead.

I measured what the size I needed by measuring the outside of the rim on the bottle. I have a ring sizer which indicated the rim was 22m. Just mentioning how I measured for what I needed because I would have expected it to be the inner diameter....luckily this product page included a handy little note contradicting my initial thoughts.

These are exactly what we need to dispense medications via oral syringe to our rescue/shelter pets.
What I REALLY need now are 20mm of the same or similar product. And aside from big pharmacy/medical suppliers, who require a minimum order of 100, I'm having no luck.

We love these, make distributing medicine a lot easier when you have to do it all the time.
Only complaint is you have to be wick about pulling the medicine srynge out out the medicine will go back in the bottle or drip on the floor.
but once you get the hang of it, it is fine. .... Saves time

This is a brilliant invention! We administer liquid medication to our toddler via an oral syringe twice daily.

When you get toward the bottom of the medicine bottle, no amount of tipping will allow you to draw the last 1/4 of the meds from the bottle. Instead of pouring it into a cup and drawing the rest you can invert the bottle, plug in the syringe, and pull every last drop of her expensive mmedication.

I recommend this adapter for it's convenience and ease of use...but most importantly because it saves us money on medication and it facilitates a more hygenic drawl.
