    First off, I will only run in Skechers - they're not the longest lasting shoes, but for runners who don't want to be constrained by over-controlling runners, they're stellar.

    The same mindset applies to their comfort athletic shoes. K-Swiss no longer produces a terrific shoe called Blade Light Recover, so the Equalizer is a stellar replacement - supportive without being restrictive, and you can still feel the ground (in a good way). It's an outstanding performer for trips to the coffee shop, lounging around the house, you name it.

    They run a tad big so the 9.5 (which would be my normal sneaker - I run in 10s) is too big, and I moved to a 9. They're medium in width but also appropriate for a slightly wider foot.

    It is very good looking and comfortable for short period of times. But feet don't breathe in it. Not suitable as casual shoes for school or work. And not recommended for hot days. I tried it with and without socks and it makes the feet hot and sweaty anyway. BTW, they go very well with jeans.

    Overall, these were quite comfortable, but could be improved upon.

    First, I am looking for something to replace more traditional dress shoes, which tend to be stiff and not very breathable, a hybrid between dress shoes and sneakers. The memory foam and sneaker-like flexibility makes it very comfortable for most daily use. However, I do stand at my desk pretty much all day, and persistent pressure on the memory foam eventually pushes the foam down to the point where it is as hard as non-memory foam shoes. If you don't stand on them all day, you may not have this problem.

    The other reason I choose this shoe is the mesh-like covering for breathability. I am slightly disappointed that underneath the top mesh, there is another layer of fabric, which makes it not as breathable as it would appear. The memory foam doesn't help either, as it absorbs and retain heat and moisture. This shoe is still less stuffy as leather dress shoes, but not quite as breathable as sneakers with fully ventilated mesh covers.

    I guess ultimately it is not quite what I was hoping for, which is a true sneaker body, all black material, and slip-on style. Despite that, this is the closely thing to what I am looking for that I have come across so far.

    I received these today and this is my initial review. Out of box they fit well, my usual shoe size. I checked off good arch support, but this model is only a little above average. (Couldn't answer no). VERY comfortable and light, I believe they will be fairly rugged for the price point. Stylish as well, (I purchased the gray) I wouldn't hesitate to wear them anywhere short of a wedding. I plan on putting a gel sole in them for a longer day's use, as I have bad knees. I've had great luck with Skechers, and I'm very happy with my newest purchase....

    The shoes are very light, flexible, well cushioned and instantly comfortable. No break in required. The Skechers I've bought before tend to run small so I bought size 11 even though my normal size is 10.5. This could be because I have very high arches, instep and a wide foot.

    Does anybody know the meaning of the icons on the sticker that was on the sole of one shoe? (see picture)

    Too bad this slip-on felt a full size bigger even with socks. Returning for a size smaller. Other than that, it should be comfortable for long wear and the memory foam will pamper your feet all day.
    4/28 Update: With one size smaller this pair of shoes now fit like a dream. It is like walking on cloud. Highly recommended.

    This shoes are light weight and very stylish. The memory foam is awesome! I'm on my feet all day and these are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. I wanted to first buy them at the mall but checked Amazon and glad I did. I saved a lot and they got them out to me rather quickly.
