Size: Pair of Standard Pillow Protector

At first, I thought these were the answer to my prayers: waterproof, soft, quiet, perfectly fitted -- basically just everything I wanted. HOWEVER, by the 3rd use (which also includes 2 washings), one of the cases developed a tear along the zipper. Upon closer inspection though, I was shocked to discover there was actually a large hole in the same place (see photos).
For $10.00, I certainly expected to get A LOT more than 3 uses out of these pillow cases, especially when all I did was sleep on them (& wash them, as directed)
I intend to contact the seller for either a replacement or refund (or both, depending on their customer service). I'll be happy to amend my rating, contingent upon the outcome.
