These were exactly what I needed for my metal rack shelf. I had some glass on it, but then I had some dogs around it and was worried that if they bumped it it would break - and sure enough - it eventually did. This has the appearance of FROSTED glass - it's more or less opaque but it's got a translucent white color as opposed to being a BRIGHT WHITE (like a thick white cutting board, for instance). I like that it's thin (very thin) but that it holds its shape and does the trick. I'm happy with these and would buy them again. It's SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN GLASS (especially beveled glass).

These are really wonderful and look great on our wire shelving in the dining room. They are packaged really well and already arrive completely flat. While we are happy with the product, I deducted a star because it's incredibly expensive for the product.

If you are buying these for IKEA wire shelves you need the longer length and width. Other than that...these are a nice addition if you need to slide soft things (like sheets and towels) across your shelves.

The size advertised is not accurate. I ordered a 12x36. What arrived is 11.25x35 and does not fit my 12x36 shelf. As a result, the liner slides all over and does not stay put. Do not waste your money.
