A characteristic of this product that is not mentioned in the description or in the packaging is its propensity to crack. My first shipment arrived cracked along the edge and was returned. The replacement arrived in good condition. After the phone's LCD screen was cleaned thoroughly, I applied the product as instructed. Since the product was not aligned properly upon application, I immediately attempted to adjust and align it following the phone's contours, but it cracked right away. So now I have to find ways to remove then replace this product with another type of protector.
