I really like this product! I have thick, coarse hair that is color treated, im 34 and my hair is over 90% silver so I color every 3-4 weeks. This product really helps repair and soften my hair. I don't use heat on my hair. I noticed a difference my first use. I spray it in my hand, rub my hands together then spread it through instead on spraying directly on. It sprays thick like "Its a 10" leave-in conditioner, which I also use with this product. My hair is past my shoulders so I spray 3-4 times into my hand, rub all over my hands so I get more coverage running my hands through my hair, first to my mid length and ends, then wipe whats left on the rest of my hair. ( I do the same with "Its a 10"). I highly recommend try this. I really like it and Rusk Deepshine Protective oil. These 3 products have made a complete difference for my hair. Hope this helps.
