Purchased a large for my 13 lb Italian Greyhound and it fits perfectly. He is very sensitive to cold so this coat is used over his clothes and it is amazing for rainy weather without being bulky. The hood is actually large enough and stays in place so it's actually useable and my dog doesn't seem to mind it--since he can see through it. The coat literally covers head to tail so no part of the pet's body is left open like most other rain coats. Would definitely recommend for those who are looking for a lightweight raincoat for their pet that's both attractive and functional.

HASN'T ANYONE NOTICED THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO OPENING TO PUT THE LEASH ON THE DOG? Without an opening you can't walk the dog. If the hood is up you can't attach leash to collar and my little dog uses a harness, so no luck there at all. So it is just a raincoat .....to take pictures of your dog in. No use whatsoever. NO ONE'S NOTICED THAT?

The fit of this is a bit tight around the torso for how large the hood is and for the length of the coat. However, it's incredible effective at keeping our pup dry. He doesn't love the hood but once it's on, can easily walk around and do what he wants to do. People are always stopping to ask where the raincoat is from. So, this raincoat does attract quite a bit of attention even though it's see-through. This is not for the pup who wants to blend in.
