Good value, because you can use it for either of running or cycling. It feels very light. The big pad of my cycling short, from the same brand, actually causes overheating, so I like the smaller one of this Tri suit better. I'm 5'11" and XL suits me fine. I don't know about swimming with it, yet.

my shoulders were too broad or something. i could not put this on without breaking the zipper. could be a faulty zipper but i doubt it. even though i loved the overall fit, i think i needed to go to the extra large just to get it on without breaking the zipper :(
