What you see on the picture is what you get, I believe they are stainless steel and their metal look high quality. The nipper itself is Made in Germany, at least not in China but its so disappointing because its dull and not sharp enough to cut cuticles, that is why I gave it 3 Stars. The other 2 tools are fine for their purpose. I just wish the nipper is sharp :(
