I usually buy the regular NyQuil/DayQuil and got this simply because there was a price discount. It works fine for minor sinus pressure and symptoms during the day. The dose is smaller and you need to take it every 4 to 6 hours - not a great plan if you mean to sleep all night. However, for my needs with just low level sinus congestion and irritation the daytime version works fine. I'll stick with something else though if my allergies worsen as fall deepens.

Had severe sinus pressure and swelling, headache, no sense of smell and trouble breathing clearly through my nose and thought this would help. It did absolutely nothing. Not a single symptom relieved. Dayquil cold and flu would have helped more than this crap. Would not recommend for relief from what it claims.

Oh no! I'm sorry the QlearQuil didn't provide you with some much needed relief. It sounds like you really needed a break. While we'd expect for our product to be very effective against those sinus troubles, it may help to consult your doctor about your persisting symptoms. I really don't think it works very well. I also didn't like that it didn't keep my nose from running overnight. I prefer Theraflu for night time or Alka Seltzer cold and cough.
