I got this for my mom for Christmas and I it was adorable. I really liked it except that the fake fur on the back was sewn in the wrong direction, so if you wanted to pet the back you'd have to pet it backwards or you'd be going against the grain. If that was for a kid who would be playing with it all the time that would be a big problem (it would have bugged me as a kid anyway). Despite that, my mom loves it :)

The actual product I received does not look as cute as the pic, the fluff on its faces is not smooth, causing the faces look unsymmetrical. But I can understand since most online pics have been photo-shopped, the products you receive should never look as good as the ads pic.

I got this plush as a gift. The product came just as shown and is very soft. I think it's a good price for the product, especially since it is a decent-sized stuffed animal. However, his head was flat when he arrived. The plush looked like his/her head had been squished in the warehouse or in shipment. While this is a bit of an off-putting feature, the otter is still pretty cute. I think the flat head will go away over time and use.
