Hi...
I just bought these and received them yesterday. These can be a little tricky to get out. I ended up cutting the dies with some home-made glitter paper I made then instead of pulling the word out, I pulled away the excess paper first and was left with the word still inside the die. I then was able to use a pointy tool to push thru the little holes and the word popped out perfectly. I made sure to push thru all of the little holes so that I wasn't pulling on the word to extract it from the die. But for me the trick was pulling away the excess paper after die-cutting it BEFORE poking the word out. I hope that helps.
