I am a fan of Biokleen to begin with....I bought their laundry soap on a great deal and I am forever changed! I don't plan on going back to our old soap, ever! So this gave me the confidence to venture out and try more of their products. This one DID NOT let me down! This product has live cultures that actually eats the bacteria that causes odor. I have 2 children, 2 dogs and run a day care so I knew I would have a chance to use this product. I run an air purifier in my home so smells are kind of a touchy thing with me. I do not like over powering scents. I also make a lot of my own cleaners so I don't have the toxins, again, making me more sensitive to smells of cleaners. However; Bac-out Lemon-thyme has a nice, clean, simple smell.

I have used this in m laundry/mud room where I get a lot of traffic (kids, dogs, a hubby that has a labor intensive job), in my SUV where there is also a lot of use (sports, food smells, dog smell), on an area where one of the dogs was sick, and on an area where a child had an accident. In every one of these places, this product did it's job. It did not make the smell, whatever the odor was + lemon-thyme, It made the odor disappear and left behind a gentle fragrance.

I would simply clean the area that was a problem and then spray on the Bac-out. I vacuumed and swept the laundry/mud room and then sprayed, I simply sprayed it in my SUV, cleaned the area where the dog got sick, then sprayed it and the same with the child's accident. No special cleaning, no more then I normally do in these areas. That was it. No more smell. It did not return a few days later, any reminders that something had happened in these area were gone!

In my house, we have 4 people, 2 dogs, and 3 cats. The dogs leave hairs, saliva, and bits of food everywhere (as do a few of the humans - try not to over-visualize). The cats track litter all over including on furniture. Vacuuming and cleaning just isn't always enough to completely remove odor (though Bac-Out cleaner does a pretty band-up job). To freshen things up, I love to spray this all over. Other "fabric refreshers" use chemicals that are bad for humans and pets alike. Biokleen kills the smell-causing organisms and leaves this wonderful, fresh scent behind. It also works great on pet bedding and furnishings around the litterboxes that seem to absorb some of the odor. I can't say enough great things about this product.

Several years ago I started replacing all of my household cleaning products that had nasty chemicals and fragrances in them. I found wonderful "green" replacements for my old laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, etc, but until recently, I hadn't found an alternative to Febreze. My main reason for using Febreze was to remove otherwise-persistent perspiration odors from shirts. I tried to use the least-smelly version of Febreze for this job, but still felt a bit sick each time I sprayed it, and I worried about residues that might come in contact with my skin. Ick.

Last month I ordered this product through a natural foods co-op in the hope of finding a replacement, and FINALLY, I can say "bye-bye" to that nasty Febreze! I tested this spray on a T-shirt with stinky underarms, and the shirt came out of the wash smelling totally clean, with very little lingering fragrance. The lavender scent smelled natural and was not overpowering to use.

This product is wonderful! I'm sold on Biokleen now.

I actually found this item at whole foods, but I'm going to start buying it from amazon because it's cheaper here I think. THis is an awesome product, and I assume the air freshener would be as well. You can always add your own essential oils to this if you wanted to alter the scent. It's safe for you, your kids and animals, and the environment, and smells great. I will never - ever - go back to febreeze or other air fresheners, and i'm going to start using their laundry detergent and cleaning products as well. The best on the market in my opinion.

I got this product because I've been slowly transitioning all of my cleaning products to more natural or homemade. I had been using basically melted down Unstoppables in water and it worked great. But my skin ended up having a reaction to the Unstoppables so I had to stop. I haven't had any reaction to this spray yet. It definitely smells very strongly of lemon. I might try to Lavender next if I don't end up just making my own air/fabric freshener. The spray bottle works great and the product dries quickly on fabric. The fragrance doesn't linger for very long though. Which some people may not see that as a bad thing honestly. It takes away the gross smells which is good. I may just be used to the harmful lingering of the Unstoppables. If I fail at making my own I will probably buy this again.

This is a wonderful product. I love the fresh, clean and most importantly real essential oils that fragrance the room. But, be warned. When I received this item in the mail there was only 1 bottle in the box. Not 6. I called Amazon and they fixed the problem though.

We use this all over the house. In addition to Lavender there's a nice Lemon Thyme scent. This product can be a laundry or room freshener, eliminating the need for multiple products.

No scent in the Biokleen line is overwhelming. It's a whisper of scent that really knocks out odors.

Products from Biokleen are pet safe so I'm a fan of the company.
