The Fitoby Support Sleeve fits easily onto the leg and secures well above the knee. Make certain that a good measurement is taken before ordering either a small, medium or large sleeve. Utilize a cloth or plastic tape measure to obtain the correct circumference of the knee.

The support sleeve is comfortable when walking or running. If it doesn't secure easily, add some moisture under the sleeve so that the material will adhere to the skin more easily. The sleeve has a superior flat seam stitch for years of rugged use. The sleeve fits snugly and provides a comfortable warmth. This sleeve will help to preclude knee pain from a lack of support. When lifting heavy objects, realize that knee pain may occur if you are not properly bracing yourself or positioned to do a lift of a heavy object.

Gentle movement of the knees backward and frontward will help to preserve functionality and maintain the integrity of the synovial fluid. "Alternative Medicine-The Definitive Guide" by Burton Goldberg explains that osteoarthritis results from the aging process, excess weight, inadequate diet, lack of exercise, skeletal defects, genetic factors and sometimes hormonal deficiencies. I'm impressed! I received the item on time. Well packaged.

The product actually works. I tore cartilage in my knee when I was in my 20's, but I refuse surgery. I do strength training for my legs as well as use the ellipticals, at least 5 days a week. I have no problems. I can actually bend my knee and do squats. It feels great. Thank you FitobyTM.

The picture of the knee brace shows it covering a larger proportion of the leg. The one I received is much shorter, but still the job, excellently.

I recently purchased both the Fitoby compression knee brace along with the Pro-Tec Athletics Gel Force Knee Sleeve (I got both off of Amazon).

In my opinion, the Fitoby is only really sufficient for those with relatively minor knee pain. I don't feel I get much actual knee support from this particular brace. I do think it's sufficient to keep the knee relatively warm and modestly compressed, but I didn't get much actual pain relief from this while doing my workouts. Also, I have big knees, and even though I purchased the Medium Fitoby brace, I don't feel 100% confident it would stay on during a long run or obstacle course race (though I admit I haven't tried it). I'm hesitant to go with a small, as I think it would be too tight.

On the other hand, the Pro-Tec feels extremely solid and secure on my knee. It simply provides more protection (it has both a gel pad that encircles the knee cap and lateral supports on the side of the knee) and support (in my opinion) than the Fitoby does. While the Pro-Tec is slightly more bulky, it feels way more secure on my knee.

So, while I don't think the Fitoby is a "bad" product, I do believe that the Pro-Tec one is superior one if you have anything more than mild aches and pains on your knee.

I usually don't write reviews but I got a gift card from my friend & I bought this product works very well Feels great during and after a run, minimized the pain from medial shin splints. Not too tight and not to loose so you can keep it on after you finish running I tried a few brands and I love this one the most

As I recently hurt my knee, the Fitoby Knee Support Sleeve came in very handy. I must admit that it helped me to ease back onto the road to recovery. Having never used any type of support during my training, I was extremely surprised at how efficiently this extremely easy to wear sleeve worked to help soothe my hurt muscles. While wearing this compression sleeve, I was able to work out hurt muscles that otherwise cramped and hurt me to the point of sleepless nights. After wearing this sleeve one afternoon in conjunction with some magnesium lotion, I was happy to sleep the night and felt good enough the next day to press onward towards recovery with more exercises that stretched out my tight muscles. Knee pain is awful; avoiding using muscles that are conditioned to be used only tightens the pain into a coil of hurt. I alternated this heavier sleeve with a less expensive and thinner Copper Fit Sleeve. I live in Louisiana where the Fitoby gets a little sticky to wear all the time. Both sleeves acted as miracle cures for me, turning the tide from pain to wellbeing. Recommended but watch your fit on this--where the Copper Fit is more elastic you may be able to gamble between small and medium. The Fitoby is much thicker and needs more consideration as to which on will actually fit smoothly.
