I'm only just starting to use this so I have no input on how long it lasts, but this color isn't purely black. It looks black unless you shine a light on it and then it becomes a very dark shimmery navy. This wasn't a problem for me because I kind of love it, but I just figured others might want to know.

I purchased this at another store yesterday.. I have thin nails, and every other polish I get chips or starts to peel the same day. I actually do things, like garden, wash dishes, crafts, etc... so I hoped this would be something I could use and have it last a little longer. I put this on yesterday and today there is already chips at the tips. Still has lasted longer than other polish, but for my thin nail type I don't think I will find anything that can last over a couple days.

I don't want anyone to overpay. Some colors wear better than others. As a polish, apply it as thinly as you can because it will bubble excessively therwise. It also dries really fast. I've been averaging about four days wear before the tips start to show wear and/or outright chipping. But I have to say that I don't do the end/underside of my nails with polish or top coat but I will start with this stuff so I can possibly eek out that fifth day of wear.

Favorite nail polish I've ever used. Isually takes 5-7 days to start chipping which is way longer than most regular nail polishes. Love love love.
