I was a little apprehensive to order this because there was no reviews for this when I bought it. It was so well priced I thought I'd take a chance. I am really happy I did.
1. First of all it arrived in two days. I mean that is super fast shipping.
2. I took it out of the box and it was already assembled, just had to slip on the front two wheels. Opened it up like any standard baby stroller and boom it was ready to go. It goes down easily as well and folds down pretty flat.
3. It is really roomy. Granted my Chihuahua is only 11 pounds, but l think it's a very accurate product picture of how it is with the two dogs in it.
4. It seems really well made I've had baby strollers that seemed less durable.
5. When zipped up I feel confident that she will not escape.
6. The top can fold back , but when fully up there is a little window that she can see through and see me when I am pushing it.
7. There is a two cup holder and a nice roomy little compartment that can hold things. and a really roomy space under the stroller that can hold even more stuff.
8. The wheels seem durable but will have to report back later when I've used it a little more.
9. It's about 22-23 inches from front to back and about 15 inches side to side.When you have the canopy up its 24 inches top to bottom.
The only con is that it took me a minute to get it to zip but once I got it attached it was good to go.

This stroller has exceeded my expectations!
It rides pretty smoothly for having no shocks and keeps my cat in well.
Took me a little while to figure out how to fold it, but it's very easy to do!
The only problem so far is the smell. It smells badly of chemical!
I've been lessening the smell by praying a baking soda-water solution. Hopefully the smell will recede in the next few days. If it doesn't I'm going to hose it down and leave it in the sun.
At the time of writing this review, I've only had it for one day, I'll keep it updated if I run into any problems.
UPDATE:
I've now had it for 3 days. Here's my complaints:
Chemical Odor
Short handles(I'm 5"3 and it's still pretty short for me)
How to get rid of the chemical odor for good!
Spray the stroller thoroughly with a water-baking soda solution, really soak the stroller, should be slightly powdery when dry.
Dry the stroller in the sun.
After the stroller is dry, squirt it off with the hose, this won't harm the material as it is fairly water resistant.
Allow dry in the sun.
Your stroller should now be stink free.
Overall, at $42 total, this is a real steal and totally worth it despite the flaws!

This stroller is the best! We had to use this for our 15 pound pug at a lacrosse tournament. The reason I say this is the best stroller because it went through Lousinana swamp mud like it was dry land. I was able to push our pug and keep clean and out of the mud all weekend. This was the best pet purchase ever and she loved it!!!
