Great pretzel taste. Crunchy but not too hard. Unfortunately shipping is an issue. The boxes look OK, but at least 50% of the pretzel chips are broken into small pieces which make them not that great for dips. If I had purchased this in the grocery store (which I recommend) I would have taken it back; that's how badly broken they were.
