Excellent machine! So far, I have used it to pressure wash the outside of the house, the driveway, and the sidewalk. We're too busy traveling the world so the property had not been pressure washed in eight years!
I finished all three stories in one day. The solution tank was perfect! I pre-soaked each section of the house with Dawn dish washing detergent. Then proceeded to pressure wash, changing nozzles as needed. You will need to change nozzles depending on the grime that you encounter. The nozzles easily snap on and off and are small enough to allow you to keep all of them in your pockets so that you can change them without having to get off the ladder. This machine is powerful enough that I stood on a ladder, no higher than 7 feet, and I was able to clean the 3rd floor.
For the driveway and sidewalk, I attached a circular washer. It worked like a charm! Although, considering that the sidewalk had not been pressure cleaned in eight years, the circular washer could only do so much. I used the the 15 degree nozzle to remove what the circular washer could not. In total, I finished my driveway, my side walk, and my neighbor's sidewalk in less than 4 hours.
It was a weekend project made easy by the Sun Joe! No need for gasoline, or all the noise and fumes that gasoline powered pressure washers generate. There's no need to generate all that pollution when this machine is perfectly capable of getting the job done.

Looks solid and well thought out with places to store hose, electrical cord and wand. It was dropped off by UPS who handled it well in my opinion-externally the box was in good shape, internally the packaging was adequate. After I inspected the unit, tightened a few screws, put on the required attachments, and thoroughly read the instructions again, I powered it on and proceeded to get wet and experienced a PW geyser, sort of funny and sad. The geyser was produced because the units feeder hose that comes from the pump and connects to the hose reel housing was missing the hitch lock clip that secures the hose to the reel housing. After a search in the box and kitchen (I never open anything outside anymore) the hitch lock was not found and so it obviously was not installed at the factory. By design this hitch lock clip is half hidden by the hose reel and handle housing, and you would have to pull down on it to find out if this hitch lock clip was missing-I do not recommend this because the hitch locks clip is compressed by design and could come loose and actually hit you-safety first. I contacted Snow Joe, they stated they do not have the hitch lock clip in stock but would send me a replacement hose that comes with two hitch lock clips. I was notified by Snow Joe today that it would be 7-10 working days before I receive my replacement part-this is unsatisfactory, but life goes on. Recommend that you get a Pressure Washer with a Pump to Hose connection vice a Pump to Reel connection, much safer and easier to identify potential connection problems. I cannot recommend this product at this time because I have not actually used it, will update review after receipt of hitch lock clip.
