Once again, they fit true to size and he loves them.
This is the first time I've bought Timberland shoes for one of my kids and she loves them!
Love this brand and this style is nice too, it pretty much goes with anything he wears.

It is really difficult to find sturdy, low-cost sandals for active, outside-loving girls once they get past a certain age (size). Each year, it is a battle to find decent-looking sandals that will hold up to the abuse my kids give them. While this sandal cost more than I want to spend (since I have five kids), it seems like it will hold up for the whole summer. The kids have been wearing them daily for almost a month so far - four months to go!

These provide some cushion, are easy to get on and off, and grip my kids' feet tightly when running and playing. So far, I'm very pleased with the value for the money. The skid-resistance seems like enough as well.

One of my kids has the "black/white" (red inner) color ones and another has the "black/royal" (blue inner) color.

Updated after two months: These are still going strong. They clean up pretty well, have held their color(s), and so far are holding together great.

Updated after five months: These have lasted from spring all the way through until fall. While they aren't overly stylish, they are definitely worth the money and have held up great!
    -----
Updated over a year later: My oldest girl to have these still fit in them at the beginning of spring #2. They lasted until almost the end of June of Year #2. The bottom of the toe area detached and started flopping. Daughter asked for another pair just like them (with room to grow) because they are comfy and easy to run in.

We have always loved and bought several pairs of Timberland shoes for myself, my husband and our kids, and spotted these for our youngest daughter to kick around in the backyard so we picked out a size 9-her actual foot size is 8.5, and I ways buy summer sandals for just that year because she is so hard on her shoes in the summer-but these came and the shoe was as if they where a size 8.5-because her toes just touched and started creeping over the edges/rim of the sandals, but that's not the only or even the main reason for the return(although that-in it's self-is enough), the biggest concern for us was that she kept the sandals on for a bit to walk around(she fell in love with them right away)and about hour or so later she took them off and was scratching the bottom of her feet, I checked and found huge rashes on the bottom of both her feet and she could not stop itching, I checked the shoes again and found that they have something called "Sanitized Actifresh Odor-resistant" coating on them. Parents please be aware, your child may not have as hyper sensitive skin as our little one does, but the coating may have been applies too strongly, so wipe/wash or rinse them before your little one wears if you do get them in the correct size.

I bought the Crocband II sandal and the "Timberland Adventure Seeker 2-Strap" both in toddler size 9. The crocs are a bit wider and longer, which is perfect for my 2 yr old's feet. He has very fat feet in the area where the ankle meets the foot, so a lot of shoes are just too small for his thick foot. Crocs have always been the best fit, and these Croc sandals didn't disappoint! The Timberland sandals were also a good fit, but a little harder to get on and a little more snug. I will be sending back the Timberlands just because the Crocs are a better option for us. Both shoes were extremely well made and I love that the Timberland sandals have such a soft memory foam, flexible sole. I took away one star because the Timberland sandals have more velcro on both straps and that concerns me because velcro typically starts to age and look old after awhile, whereas the Croc sandals have a different type of velcro and only on one strap. Overall they are great sandals for toddlers.

This shoe runs very small. I bought another shoe for the baby in the same size and it fit appropriately. This shoe seemed at least one size smaller than labeled. Other than that, it's a cute shoe and seems very sturdy.

We are actually on our 5th pair of these (my daughter has had 4 sizes of pink, and my son is on his first pair of gray/green. These sandals are a little expensive for kids' shoes, but they're very sturdy and have lasted until they're outgrown. They've done fine in the washer. We use them in the hot summer months in place of sneakers, and they have good tread for running, climbing, puddle-stomping and playing. My kids have never had blistered or expressed discomfort. I'm sure we'll own more pairs!

I bought these Timberland sandals for my 3 year old. He has big feet :) Purchased the Navy and yellow design in size 11.
Well let me tell you I love these shoes. For myself and for him they are so easy to put on. Not to mention they are completely adorable!!!
Timberland does typically have a reputation for good quality items I know.
I wasn't looking specifically for this brand, was just looking for something comfortable and easy to put on for my little guy (that weren't flip flops.)
    I would totally recommend these!!
Velcro straps make them easy, great quality, I foresee them lasting a long time. Also the sole has a little bit of cushioning too and feels smooth, but his feet don't slip or anything. My son (3) size 10's were getting small. I got him an 11 and they have a little room. So I would say these definitely run true to size. Atleast in my pair/color. The style is great, the colors are vivid, very pleased
Definitely worth the extra couple bucks. 5 stars
