First I'll start by saying that I have as of this review built 6 HTPCs using this case in the last 4 months. I originally bought this to house my HTPC after I decided I no longer wanted a desktop tower sitting next to my entertainment center. With that as a limitation on my size choices I searched for weeks and kept coming across this case, but the price tag honestly scared me, since my last experience with a specifically designed case for an HTPC was less than stellar. But after comparing it to others, I kept coming back to it and eventually decided it would fit what I needed.

**UPDATE: Since there seems to be an issue with people knowing the exact dimensions of this case they are: 440mm(W) x 175mm(H) x 425mm(D)or in inches: 17.3in(W) x 6.8in(H) x 16.7in(D)

**UPDATE: Since My original Review I have now built 8 HTPCs with this case and none have had any issues.

**UPDATE: Also something I forgot to mention, this case IS RACK MOUNTABLE... It has rack mounting points on the sides...

So now on to the actual review:

Pros:
Space, lots and lots of space.
Positive pressure design with filters.
Very nice look, the case looks and acts well built.
Aesthetics, it looks better than my receiver and other components, easily the best looking component in my home theater.
Allows for full size components.
Room for more hard drives than you could need.
Removable Drive Cage with handles.
Room for 10 Internal Hard Drives (Without adapters) (8) 3.5 Inch Bays (7 to the right of the 5.25 bays, 1 to the left) plus (2) 2.5 mounts above the 5.25 inch bays.

Pros:
-------
1. Great quality and craftsmanship; looks great.
2. Comes with 3 120mm fans and fan filters!
3. USB 3.0 on front panel.
4. Audio out and Microphone in jacks on front panel.
5. Fits my home theater stand which only had an available height of 6 inches!

Cons:
-------
1. As others have stated the fan filters require you to completely remove the fans to clean them. I'm not sure how much I will enjoy this considering I will probably have to remove other parts just to remove the fans.
2. Exterior of the case is excellent; however, the interior is lacking. They did not coat the interior with any paint or protective coating to prevent corrosion.
3. You need to be cautious when purchasing parts due to length and height restrictions. Not sure how much of a con this is because if you are building an HTPC you are already aware of the fact that you have limited space. However, you will need to measure such things as the PSU, CPU and heatsink + fan height, GPU length and height, RAM height (tall RAM heatsinks). Just be aware of these factors before you purchase this case or your parts.

Other Thoughts:
---------------------
The Pros far outweigh the Cons, but I just want to make sure consumers understand what they need to be aware of before purchasing this product.

Here are some tips for this case:
-----------------------------------------
1. Make sure you use the stock CPU heatsink + fan unless you have the money to spend on an after market low profile unit.
2. Don't buy RAM with tall heatsinks. See my build below for what I used.
3. With proper planning and measuring you should have no problem fitting your components into this case.
4.

Let me say up front that I enjoyed the finished product, but the case can be unruly to build in if you are not prepared. Cable management is relatively difficult even though they have provided ties and tie-off points in the case.

When taking the case apart, be sure to keep track of the screw types because there are 2 different types of screws used inside of the chassis and it is difficult to tell which one should be used in a given place without trying them first. There were no additional chassis screws with my case (although the typical 2.5, 3.5, 5.25 drive screws and motherboard screws were included), so try not to lose the ones you removed when you took the chassis apart. Also, dropping them back into the chassis can be fairly upsetting as it is difficult to get them back out, especially in this case. I suggest using a small removable paper boat to catch any falling screws to avoid the rage.

The fans are relatively loud at 12v (the voltage of the included 3-pin to molex adapter), but at 7v, they are a good volume. Unfortunately the one fan that I tried would not run at 5v, so assume 7v to be the minimum until you find out otherwise.

Just one additional warning about power supply choice:
There is exactly 150 mm between the back of the chassis and the hard drive bay. This means that there is exactly 150 mm of space for the power supply. If you use a 150 mm power supply, there is no room at all for cables to go between the hard drive bay and the power supply.

If the cables on the power supply are seated low enough, there is some room for them to go beneath the hard drive bay. This MUST be the way you do it if you have a power supply that is deeper than 130 mm.
