I ordered a medium and hoped it would be a little bit baggier to wear with just leggings (as is the style these days) but it was a bit more like a fitted sweater (but not skin tight). I would size this based on how you want to wear it...if you want it a little baggier so that you can wear layers underneath, I would go a size larger than your normal size.
