Intuit QuickBooks Payroll requires a payroll subscription, Internet access, and valid debit/credit card on file for processing payroll. Check stock sold separately. Plus sales tax where applicable. If you file taxes in more than one state, each additional state costs extra. 24/7 access is subject to occasional downtime due to systems and servers maintenance. E-file and e-pay features are available for federal and select state taxes. Please check availability at Payroll website, file and pay section. You may need to register with tax agencies in order to use e-file and e-pay features. To create W-2s, active subscription required or additional fees may apply. You are responsible for printing W-2s for your employees and filing with the IRS. Unless notified, after the first year, your subscription will automatically renew each year at the then-current price using the billing info we have on file at the time of your renewal, unless you cancel. 2. Microsoft Word and Excel integration requires Word and Excel 2003, 2007 or 2010. Simple Start Edition; Pro 99 through 2011; Premier Edition 99 through 2011; Enterprise Solutions 99 through 2011; Basic 99 through 2005. Import from QuickBooks desktop must be completed within the first 30 days of setting up your new QuickBooks Online account.

3. Includes 1 employee; per employee, per month cost for each additional employee.

4. Product upgrades and data backup when and if available as part of an active subscription.

5. If you are not completely satisfied, simply contact Intuit within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excludes employees and other connected services fees)

6. Data access is subject to Internet or cellular provider network availability and occasional downtime due to events beyond our control.
