I bought this case from the Verizon store because I did not want to walk out without a case on my phone -allegedly I have a bad track record with breaking phones. The woman at the Verizon store actually broke the first case she tried to put on my phone. I wrote it off, trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. However, the next day I tried to take the case off to show a coworker what the iPhone looked like naked - bad idea. Broke in the same spot- down at the bottom where it snaps on.

So this phone case lasted me about 24 hours. I have not dropped the phone, but overall I doubt this case's capability of protecting my phone.

So I'm in the market for something else and perhaps you should be too?

I am extremely disappointed. It cracked the same day I put it on, and now it spontaneously just broke. I had it for far less than a month and it disappointed far more than a cheap 5 dollar case I would get from the streets. I've shopped this brand before and have never had the poor quality I received with this particular case.

This case broke the second I slightly bumped it. In addition Case-mate was awful to deal with about the warranty and never even got back to me. There are plenty of cases out there that are cheaper and way better quality than this one. I highly discourage people from buying this case.

I have a real love/hate relationship with this case - I've gone thru 2 of them in under 6 months.
The positives:
- It's light-weight (I hate those bulky cases)
- It really does protect your phone (I drop mine at least once/day)
- It has a sleek, stylish design

The big negative:
- It breaks easily...the plastic is not very durable around the rounded cornes. Though it protects your phone, the outer edge of the case itself snaps :-(

So after 2 cases, I think I need to try something else. But if you don't mind buying a replacement case every couple of months, this one is good lol.

It's a case.. affordable.. not to big.. lasts about a year.. I usually buy them in pairs.

I'm a particular fan of this case because it has a wide opening at the bottom, allowing for it to be used with 30-pin/lightning adapters and older docks.

I purchased this in a different color as a part of a bundle the day I got my iPhone 6. The bottom part cracked within a week. The store replaced it. Here we are 3 months later and the bottom part has completely broken off. I am not hard on my cases and have only dropped my phone once since I purchased it. Time to shop for a DIFFERENT case.

This case is pretty because you are able to see the phone. However, the buttons are so wiggly as if they are going to come off, the case is slippery so it will fall out of your hands, and it doesn't seem to go all the way over your phone. My mother has the same case but purchased it at an actual phone store, so I compared them.. they do not seem to match at all. I am trying to return this product however, it is not uneligible to return. Not happy with this case and I am always happy with purchases I made from Amazon.
