Theyre strong and well made, but if you plan on using them for furniture you'll defiantly want to put some glue in them as the pvc tends to pop out of the fittings - they don't fit as tight as the ones you'd buy at the store.

These were better than I thought. These actually didn't fit for the intended purpose, however, I can still use them. It was my own fault for not thinking through on the sizing of the inside diameter. However, I can still use these with another project I have been working on. I made my kids a PVC fort kit along with several pre-determined design guides to build their forts. I needed 3-way elbows for the corner connectors for the forts. I didn't want furniture grade, but preferred standard PVC connectors. I previously bought those through a plumbing store. The downside of that is they required a minimum purchase (on the level of a small business) or the shipping would be astronomical. I already made my purchase and paid the shipping for that. However, I needed a few more and figured I would just deal with the shortage. Well, now I have extras because of these ones I bought. They fit the fort kit perfectly.

As for the quality, they were pretty close to the standard plumbing fittings I bought previously. No complaints here. Next time, I really have to pay attention to the sizes needed.

We used these with some PVC pipe from the hardware store to build a netted box to protect the strawberries in our raised beds from the birds. We just connected several pipes together in an elongated cube shape then wrapped all but one side with bird netting and voila, no more birds eating our strawberries!

The joints fit very neatly with the pipe and did not need any adhesive. Adhesive will be needed though if you are pressurizing the lines.

I'm also considering using these to build a sort of modular water-playground for the kids where they can build their own miniature water park connected to the hose.
