Got many compliments during the yule season with these little charmers. A size Medium fits a dog with a 13-14" neck nicely. Super soft.

The only thing preventing it from getting five stars is that they are difficult to turn on, and impossible to shut off. Battery/light assembly is a bit bulky. The lights do flash for a couple of weeks when left on!

Adorable, and the lights are much prettier than I expected - not "flashing," but actually sparkles (like fiber optic lights). The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is much smaller than I expected. I ordered a medium which does fit my dog as expected, but the green "wreath" part is just much more narrow/small than I had anticipated. The wreath doesn't even cover her normal collar, a downside since I wanted to be able to just slip it off and on without having to remove her real collar, but it doesn't look right over her collar (which is only 1 inch wide). Perhaps if there was a photo displaying the product being worn by an animal it would help to clarify any similar misconceptions among future customers. Still very precious on my puppy, though!
