    Christmas gift for my year old great-niece. Her mother loved it, most importantly, but when they unwrapped it, my niece immediately tried to put it on, said "bye-bye!" and headed for the door, so I think it was a hit.

    The silver is different from most of the little girl coats out there, and it was cozy on her and will give her room to wear it for more than a few months. Plus the quality is enough that she will be able to hand it down to her little sister once she's outgrown it. I was worried about the Steve Madden knockoff market items but this one is definitely a buy. Good construction, no crooked seams or loose threads, well working zipper and well done lining.

    I have never had an issue with my baby girl not fitting into her age group with clothing. She is 9 months old and wears 9 month old clothes. I got her this in the 12 month size and it barely zips, yet the sleeves were way long. Also it was nearly impossible to fit her hands through.
