I received this product at no cost to myself plus shipping in exchange for an honest review.
My most concerning skin problem is both under-eye circles and puffy under-eyes. Yes. Both.
This product promises to solve both of those problems -in addition to a few others including lines and dry skin- as well as also be usable all over your face and make that smooth as well.
It contains hyaluronic acid, aloe, and cucumber, all of which are known for skin treatment. It absolutely needs to be applied to a wet face. Water, toner, facial mist, anything. Otherwise it is drying, sticky, and tight. When applied to under eyes it remained tacky no matter what for me.

Package- this comes in a plastic bottle that feels homemade instead of mass produced. The label is a little crooked, the cap doesn't fit so well...i like the thick pump that is hygenic and does not distribute too much.
Scent: Cucumbers! I love this smell. It smells like cucumber and a little bit of aloe.
Texture: smooth gel like a clear aloe, but feels tacky undereye and can peel when dry.
Effect: smooth skin when properly hydrated prior, tacky and tight otherwise, always tacky on eye

Summary: While it does make skin smooth when properly hydrated prior, and it smells great, and it's cruelty free...it did not do a thing for either my dark circles or my puffy under eyes. And it is advertised as an eye gel. I will continue to use on my face and eye area until gone because I do like it as a facial product, but I just can't recommend it for eyes because it did not do a thing to improve mine. I used it every day, twice a day, and in combination with toner or water.

I love this product. I have used it for the last 10 days and the results are incredible (see photos attached). I used a few dabs under one eye in the mornings after a shower, and a few dabs at nights after washing my face before bed. Within a week I was seeing results and others were commenting on the improvement on reducing my puffy eye bags that I have had for a few years now. The gel is clear and goes on smooth. It stays wet for a few minutes but then dries with no residue or sticky feeling. Because you only have to use a dab twice a day, this bottle will last you a long time. I have been using it for 10 days for 1 eye (so = to 5 days for both eyes) and the bottle feels as full as when I first opened it. I did a side-by-side comparison with another brand. Both brands worked well, see for yourself!
I gladly recommend this to someone who has been dealing with bags under their eyes. I just figured I would always have them, but this proved otherwise.
