problems began when i opened the box & discovered a greasy, oily mess - the jar appeared to be properly sealed but it also had to be cleaned off before i could put it away. Once I used it, I was equally disappointed in the texture & flavor - basically tastes like they took some almond butter, folded in a little cocoa powder & called it a day - no cookie taste whatsoever. Definitely going back to nuts n more for a better quality & less expensive product

This is quite possible the best spread I have ever tried. I love Almond Butter, and have tried a million different brands and flavors. This is by far my favorite. The texture does take some getting used to, as the added protein powder gives it a very sticky quality. But I got over that quickly because it just tastes so good! And I also appreciate that it does not contain added sugar, salt, or safflower oil. I will definitely be buying this again, and trying the snicker doodle flavor as well!

I never review food because it's impossible to be objective, but I can't help myself here. For those of you lured here through fitness sites/instagram accounts, follow me into the sunshine, because this stuff is totally worth it, even with the slightly insane price tag. This is the type of nut butter for people who like dry, lingering peanut butter - the kind that's so nutty and dense that it's an effort to swallow. It has a smooth overall consistency but there are tiny specs of nut 'crystals' that you can crunch on - something I absolutely love in a nut butter.

The ingredients and macros (high fat, high protein, low carb) are perfect for fitness buffs and those following IIFYM diet . All ingredients you can find in your cupboard. But best of all is the taste.... wow. I almost don't believe they put whey protein in this because I can't taste it at all. All there is sweet, nutty goodness. I'm a fan of all types of nut butters but this one wins above all I have ever tried. I haven't touched my peanut butter stash since this arrived in the mail. Can't wait to try other flavors, just wish these were a bit less expensive!

*Edit: Pro Tip - This flavor and Cookie taste so alike I can't tell the difference between them - in fact, the ingredient list is nearly identical. So buy whichever happens to be cheaper, since the prices vary.

Good product, don't expect any miracles. It's still a "healthier" version of peanut butter type stuff.

It has a very drying, stick to your mouth feel to it. It's good and I'll get again, but you won't confuse it for Cookie Butter from Trader joes. :)

I gave it five stars cause i have no complaints. I didn't know what to expect. When i hear cookie i think the usual chocolate chip cookie dough and thought that is what it'd taste like. It doesn't but it's still good. i can't really explain what it tastes like but cinnamon is prominent in the taste. I have tried all sorts of peanut butters/almond butters and i usually go for low sugar kinds and don't mind if they are gritty. This one would be considered gritty not more than usual for this brand. The taste was still good ( since taste is subjective i personally would give it 4 stars judged on taste alone) i will probably order again but change up the flavor. I wouldn't say this is my favorite but it did taste good. This is my third buff bake peanut/almond butter and so far i like this company and their products.

Glad I finally pulled this off my wish list and ordered it. This stuff is amazing. Wow. I ordered the Cookie flavor... It's like cinnamon toast crunch made into a spread. PLUS it's healthy. The only negative is that its a small jar so its pretty expensive. But wow is it worth it. Like they say: find the protein or health foods you will eat and invest in them. You've got to try this stuff.

Yes. Buy this. It's delicious with raw honey too. I just eat it by the spoonful. It's a healthy tasting snack. Don't expect it to taste like Nutella or anything. It's a little grainy with a real thick consistency. Honey helps it to go down a little smoother and not get stuck to the roof of your mouth. None the less, it's friggen delicious.
