I have tried most toasted coconut chips in the market but they would always have added sugar or coconut sugar, which I found too sweet for my taste. So here's one finally, that's just perfect -- flavorful crispy coconut chips that's naturally mildly sweet - with no added sweeteners AND organic (great for those of us who are sensitive to sulfur)! We snack on them straight from the bag or sprinkle onto salads. I also mix them with coconut bacon bits which can be quite salty on their own.

I love these for the following reasons:
1. They are a great low carb snack that fills me up and doesn't trigger a hunger response.
2. One bag takes a while to eat because the coconut is sort of chewy. My brain has time to figure out that I have eaten something by the time I finish a bag.
3. I think they taste great! They have just a bit of sweetness, but not so much that you feel bad for eating them.
4. They contain 16g of fat from coconut oil which has lots of health benefits and suppresses my appetite.

LOVE these coconut chips. They are sweet without the sugar. I can't have sugar and these are the only coconut chips I've been able to find without sugar added. They really are good! I took a truckload of them with me while traveling in Africa for two months. What a welcome treat!
