The item was as described by the seller. However, after installing these ink cartridges, my printer continued to tell me that they were empty. It is a brand new printer. Epson WF-2660. The cartridges are the correct ones. I pulled the yellow tab. I checked that there were no blockages and that they were snapped in correctly. Finally, I went to Office Depot and bought new ones. They registered full immediately. I believe I was sold empty cartridges.

Very disappointed, I have bought these exact cartridges at a big box store time and time again with no issue. These are inserted same as others and the printer will not recognize them. I had to put the old ones back in. So I am now out the money with cartridges that barely work.

These cartridges DO NOT fit this printer and by the time you get around to using them, it is too late to return them - BUYER BEWARE!!!! nice scam by seller.
Printer itself is fantastic - just buy your ink separately.

I wanted to give zero star actually, but it's not an available option. I bought this together with the black cartridges only pack and it worked like a charm. But 7 weeks later when I needed the yellow one from this pack, the Epson printer just wouldn't recognize it, even after millions of times' try. Now I don't know what to order. If epson can not make good cartridges for their own printer, who else can?

Strangely enough this is an Epson product for an Epson printer, and the printer 'rejected' one of the cartridges. I replaced it with another Epson ink and everything was back on track.

Not a problem with the ink so much as a problem with amazon. Bought this in a "bundle". Purchased a printer from amazon, and hastily decided the "buy all three together" option for printer and ink was a good idea. Didn't think amazon would pull something like this, but the bundle included the printer, a package of colored ink for the printer, and this black ink, which I only realized when the printers original black cartridge ran out, does not in fact go with/work on the printer it was bundled with. Not only am I out of Ink, but wasted $$ on a cartridge I'll never be able to use. Read the details carefully! Amazon is not your friend!.
