I'm a size 10 and my toes were hitting the front. Also, the materials of the shoe were coming apart just as I was lacing them up for the first time. Reebok is making a killing by branding their shoes with the CrossFit logo. Too bad the quality of their product isn't as good as CrossFit's.

I'm not sure if there are other shoes like this on the market. I clearly felt more engaged during my workouts. While the shoes are intended for crossfitters, a crossfitter I am not.

The reinforced toe provides rigidity with pushup/plank position excercises, a clear step forward from using running shoes. The mid-sole is mostly flat, but not enough to agitate the arches on my feet. The flexibility of the outer sole (provided by its small squares) also helped provide a stronger base during workouts, even those requiring a bench.

I think going forward that these shoes (or competitors just like it) should be a staple for anyone looking to perform strength training at a high level of intensity/focus.

I'm a size 12 everything except running shoes where I'm a 13. I ordered according to my flip flop size & the size 12 fits perfect. I have a wider foot & was nervous these would be too right after reading reviews.
I've been doing crossfit for a while now & was tired of wearing my running shoes to lift in.
I put these on & immediatly found a difference. I was debating these or another pair of minimalist running shoes. I'm glad I chose theses.
They fit like a glove and I like the response I feel off the floor.

Perfect shoes for cross-training. These have tough, flat soles that provide great stability. Good for squatting, dead-lifting, box-jumping, and the sort. The image was true to the colors. Delivery was made on time.

I'm a girl with big feet new to CrossFit and while these shoes don't make me master double unders or conquer muscle ups, they are absolutely amazing shoes and I love them! I was disappointed that they didn't make women's shoes big enough for me, but these are comfy and gorgeous! :)

Great shoe for WOD / functional fitness style training. I immediately noticed a lot more stability during Oly lifts since swapping over from plain running shoes. They also work very well during metcons that involve jumping rope, box jumps, running, etc. My only minor complaint is they could be a bit more breathable. I notice them holding a bit of moisture post-workout and they have been slow to dry on a few occasions. Docked one star for that reason, but overall a great shoe and you can't go wrong with it for your training needs.

They fit true to size. The shoes are minimal, I can feel the ground very well which allows me to support and concentrate on how I should be standing. The rope tech on the sides have not worn down from rope climbs and this is a great addition to these shoes.

I like these shoes and they deserve high marks, but I like my New Balance MX20's a bit more. Those shoes are lighter and closer to the ground, but that's my personal preference. However, these shoes offer more protection in the toe, and they give you a little better cushion as they're not a minimalist shoe - so if that's what you're after, get these.

I'm not into the Cross Fit nonsense. I use these for deadlifts, leg press, squats and general weight lifting. I couldn't decide if I wanted the MX20's from New Balance or these, so I bought both. And for the record, I also bought the Asics Gel Craze TR shoe as well. :) But those shoes are so disparate from the Nano and the MX20 that I can't draw a fair comparison.

Anyway... after owning these shoes for 2-3 months I can say that they work fine for everything i use them for, but in truth, I'm beginning to realize how specialized these shoes are and that they're really not the best shoe for the types of exercises I do. They really are meant for the Cross Fit crazies. 1. The cage like mesh around the toe and the additional toe support in general is meant specifically for rope climbs. It adds a bit of weight to the shoe for this purpose and it also makes your toe feel a bit boxed in. Also, the boxy toe is there to provide support for burpies and other exercises in which your body will be prone. You don't really need a shoe this rigid if you're just going to do general weight lifting - although I will say that the added toe support works great for leg press. You'll often find that when you're pressing heavy weight, your feet get pushed out and up, and the toe support is well appreciated at that time. However, the MX20's give me the same support, but a less boxy and lighter feel overall.

Overall, this is a very good shoe. I don't regret my purchase, but in my opinion, this is a very specialized shoe that's best suited for the Cross Fit crazies.
