While this phone IS waterproof, it renders the phone unusable as a phone, since no one can hear me talk when the case is on the phone. If you *never* actually talk on the phone, then this case is ok. You could use it as a temp thing when at a beach or something, but it is a bit of a chore to get the phone in and out of the case. I've requested a return, and it has been several days, no word from the seller. The manufacturer says (and I quote) "The iPhone 6 design is such that it was difficult to design the case and keep it waterproof in any other way. The seller can handle any requests of returns if you are not happy with the case." But again, the seller has not yet contacted me.

I am impressed that this case is so well sealed, I doubt my kids can bust it, however, I am not as impressed as I wanted to be. First, I ordered the purple, it is not lilac like the image online looks, it is deep plum purple. Secondly, the sound is weird coming out of the case, it has a weird feedback that I do not at all care for.
Overall, decent, good for the price I got it for, but not as impressed as I wanted to be.

A great case as long as you dont have to actually talk on the phone. The distortion that takes place a majority of the time makes it useless to try and carry on a conversation. Appears durable and waterproof but half the time I have to use speaker phone simply to be heard. I have now emailed the manufacturer twice and still not received any reply. Terrible customer service, terrible quality for talking. I would never buy this case again even if they dropped the price in half.

So I got this case to replace another discount case from redpepper. They looked almost identical with a few small differenced. The silence switch is a knob that twists to manipulate the switch up and down. It works, but can free wheel completely so will likely get worn out if used frequently. Prior to installing my phone, I submerged the case in the toilet for about 60 seconds. The case did not have any visible moisture in the case once removed so it should adequately protect from drops in puddles of if my 2 year old throws the phone in the toilet! The case is definately not as qualitey as lifeproof, but its good for drops and will keep the phone protected for a fraction of the cost. The thumbprint button works great under the membrane, the screen protector works great, and the case is a slim design compared to Otter box. This case even has a cool little kickstand. The only deduction I gave is the phone has a small charging port opening that almost always will require using OEM lighting charger cable, and the case did have bubbles coming from it during submerge test so at least some leakage likely happened but the case isn't made to take in a swimming in a lake. Just enough water resistance to save you from the ordinary exposure to drops in rain and snow like if you were on a ski lift or got out of your parked car on a puddle.

I purchased this item in March 2015, I was very happy with my purchase until January 2016, it began to break in the corner. In February 2016 I ordered a new one since I was very happy with the original one. When I received my replacement case while placing the phone in the case the corners began to break/chip off. Naturally I contacted amazon they sent me a return slip. I again ordered another one, that one also began to break/clip in the corner. Yes that one is going back too. As I was looking at the site for this case I read it has a lifetime warranty, let's see if I can return the original one back. Will keep you posted. I have to say this was/is a great product, I think the stock is old for it to chip away this easily.

I recieved this phone case for Christmas and within a little over a week i had already lost the piece that seals the headphone and charger holes. The case also makes it a little difficult to access the screen around the corners. On the other hand, the case seems pretty sturdy like it would hold together if it took a severe fall. It comes with a wrist strap that I am absolutely in love with. It has saved my phone from many accidents. This phone case is pretty good overall but I am looking forward to a Lifeproof case being made for the IPhone 6.

This case is wonderful! I don't have to worry about my son breaking his phone as the case is very durable. Everything is covered with a plastic screen and the plug-in for the headphones has a cord for extra protection. A wristband was also included. So far, so good.
