1 cup plain yogurt
1 apple or 1 cup apple sauce (cinnamon or plain)
½ cup of ice
1 tbsp. maple syrup
½ frozen banana
1 serving MacaBoost Vanilla-Chai
Add all ingredients and blend well. For a healthy serving of both fruit and fiber choose a sliced apple in this recipe. Fermented and cultured foods such as yogurt are a delicious way to supply you with probiotics, enzymes, vitamins and minerals.
