I was a little hesitant to purchase this mat based on some of the reviews and the low price. But, I'm pleased to report that this mat exceeded our expectations! My little one loved it! At first it didn't stick to the tub in all the suction spots, but when I turned on the water and pushed down the suction cups, I could tell the mat was secure to the tub. No slipping accidents tonight I highly recommend this mat! Oh, and ours DID NOT have a funky strong odor like some reviewers posted...in fact it hardly had a scent at all.

Awesome bath mat! No smell, doesn't leave any residue, stays put, and is comfortable for our 2 year old. She enjoys it, along with the whale cover for the faucet..just a cute addition that makes bath time a breeze. Highly recommend to anyone needing an anti slip bath mat.

Looks good and stays put, but is easy to remove for cleaning. I rinse and hang it up to keep it fresh, non-slimy and mold-free. I've had it for almost a month and it still looks great. Also washes up easily in the laundry.

Great price, does the job (no slip, cushioning). This may be common sense, but just make sure you pull it up to dry, especially if you're gone for a week or if this is in a seldom used guest bathroom, because the mat/suction cups retain water underneath, making a perfect moist environment for mold etc. to grow. Cleaning around the suction cups can be a bit of a pain, so I pull mine up and hang over the side of the tub to avoid this.
