this did help support my breasts but it does not have any stiffness inthe band that goes under the breasts and often rolls into a constricting band. this also does pulll pretty hard on your inner shoulder/collarbone region. if you aren't thinkng about it you will become sore quickly.

This has absolutely no super for larger chests. It just pushed my boobs out awkwardly and was very uncomfortable. I imagine it would only fit small chested ladies. I'm disappointed.
