And, I'm being kind ... At first, this numeric keypad worked well with Mac OS X 10.10.3 (Yosemite). Then, one day it lost connection. Thinking it was the batteries, replaced them. Wouldn't pair ... kept trying ... Turned off Bluetooth and turned it on again ... wouldn't pair. Wiped out the Bluetooth plist ... finally paired. OK ... great! Now, about every 3 - 7 days, disconnects. Nothing wrong with my Apple Bluetooth keyboard. Nothing wrong with my Apple Magic Mouse. Just this NewerTech (made by Matias) Aluminum Keypad ... Today, I've had it ... Had to get a wired mouse, turn off Bluetooth, turn it on again. Finally it paired up.

This is really ridiculous. I've looked at the NewerTech website for a driver ... or anything. They know this is a problem. It's been reported on and off.

For the money, don't spend it here. Think again ... Not worth the hassle.

I have Fusion on the 5k iMac. After synching the keypad it would work on the Mac side but not on Fusion side. I discovered that I had to hit fn and tab to enable number entries on the Fusion side. Direction did not address this problem. Other than that everything is perfect about this keypad. Design and function is identical to the Mac wireless keyboard. I have not had a problem losing sync as some have said.

I have been a Mac user since the first 128k Mac and I have been through many keyboards... now with my new 27" iMac Retina... I hated that Apple did not have a full wireless keyboard... I had a USB full Apple Keyboard but I hate the cord! So I found the Newer Tech and said why not! It comes with a plastic attachment that attaches the Keypad to the main Apple keyboard with ease... now I have a full keyboard. I have had it a while and love it... but I wish I could purchase the keyboard/Keypad plastic attachment separately to attache my Apple trackpad as well as it is loose now. I will probably contact Newer Tech for this. So if you want a full keyboard this one works so well, looks like and feels like and Apple Keyboard. Well worth the money!

Worked fine out of the box. Six months later it is burning up a set of batteries each day. There is no information available on warranty, or warranty returns, anywhere in the Newer Tech storefront except the "Return Policy" which only lasts 30 days. Be warned - if it dies after the 30 day period - you're apparently just SOL.
