Toasts muffins perfectly! Would advise to use fresh eggs versus Egg Beaters; however, if you pour the Egg Beaters very slowly in a circular pattern, it will allow the egg to set a bit before you place the top muffin on and set to cook. Makes things easier in the morning and we can all use that!
