Triathlons are an expensive pastime, but the Louis Garneau Tri-X Speed II Women's Shoes make it a little simpler to afford all the other gear you need. They don't disregard function to lower the pricetag, though. The X-Speed II uses the same outside-to-inside Power Flex strap as the top-end models, so you can fine tune your fit and easily open and close your shoes while you're in the saddle. It also boasts the same HRS-80 heel counter as some of its big sisters, so your heel will sit solidly in the shoe without slipping, preventing blisters and loss of power. Garneau made sure the X-Speed II was also comfortable by including a ventilated EVA insole that works with the vented nylon outsole to move moisture and keep your feet cool. The outsole has been reinforced to increase stiffness and power. Throw in a large heel strap for smooth speed in the transition zone and a weight that totals well under 300 grams, and you'll be blowing the competition away while laughing at their more expensive gear.

    The size is perfect ! I use 7.5 and bought a 39 and fits perfect! seem big when I put but I adjust the top and it worked perfect for my spinning class. I went to a local bike store to install the cleats because I was not sure, although it cost more than online I considered I great deal because I would not know which one would be right one.

    Love love love this shoe! So super cute and the easy on loop is awesome too! They are light weight and you can synch them up with the velcro strap for a more secure fit. I ordered a 40 and wear a size 9 shoe. The insole was not enough for my high arch but with a Profoot Miracle shoe insert fixed that issue. I bought them for spin class but have an SPD pedal on my mountain bike so I can't wait to try them on the road. :)

    Great shoes. They run small and I had to return my first pair. I bought a 41 since that is what I usually wear in Louis Garneau shoes but I had to exchange it for a 42. The exchange process was easy and fast. I really like these shoes.

    I bought two other pairs of shoes and had to return both of them until I found these! I wear a 6.5-7 and I got a 38. The reason I went a little higher is because I have a wider foot- these fit perfectly! They are molded in the right places but give in the right places too! So easy to get on and off and are highly breathable! You will not be disappointed.

    It's a really good looking and light tri shoe! Runs small. I'm a size 11/ 11.5 shoe and the 43 didn't fit. So sad they don't make bigger sizes. I had to return other than that I would have kept.
