The magnets work great and unlike others the screw heads fit flush in the magnet, so that is great.

Make sure you know what strength magnet you need before you purchase, this was my third go around.

I would have liked the screws to be a bit longer, they are only about 1-1.25" which doesn't leave a lot of bite when installing.
