I am a size 4 petite but now know that I need to order medium from Glyder. My only reservation about these yoga pant is the material, which is mostly nylon, rather than polyester.

Make sure you wear sports underwear under these. The fabric is thin....even if you are just standing. For yoga, there will definitely be skin showing though. I still like these though as they do look great on.
