I purchased these as an "open box" and probably got what the other reviewer rejected. However, I am completely happy, as the brush heads, which have been unavailable for quite some time, are in perfect shape.
I am delighted that the Interplak has returned from the dead, as I feel it's the winner of the power toothbrushes. It's a shame that they were destroyed by Sonicare's far superior marketing (I also own a Sonicare)

They work perfectly, they arrived on time, no complaints, except they are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR A TOOTH BRUSH!!!
They don't last very long. I take extra care of them to make sure they last but they only last about 1 month each brush.

The package had been opened and re-taped very badly. I'm not certain if the toothbrushes had already been used and repackaged but I wasn't taking any chances. I sent them back.
