    Comfortable shoes. They are replacing a pair of Saucony shoes that finally gave up. A little over two months in, and they are broken in and seem to be holding well. I don't think they will make it to the year mark, but then, it has been years since any of my daily-wear shoes made it past the year mark.

    Why 4 stars and not five? The shoe laces are already fraying at the tongue loop, and the heel cups are showing more wear than expected at the tops. Nothing bad, exactly (come on - how expensive are shoe laces?) but somewhat concerning.

    Fit is about right out of the box, but definitely better after a month or two. Arch support is good, but not especially great. That is not a problem for me, but might be for others.

    I've had these for 2 months and my brother don't even wear them daily. The soles are held on by adhesive and began to peel away almost immediately. They are now completely unwearable.Also, if you catch the top of your foot (above your toes) on aything, the fabric tears very easily.Probably have 4 or 5 tears in the front of the shoes.Immediately had some rubbing on the heel which was annoying,but with some adjustments to the lacing, it ended up being just fine.After owning these for about a 2 months with occasional (and relatively light) use, you could feel something very strange under the feet. I took a look and on both shoes, the same spot started to peel away from the sole of the shoes.

    I'm hoping this is just a defective batch - I would have otherwise rated these either 4-5 stars.

    it's a shame because they are very comfrtable.

    The shoe fits really well. Like perfect for me. They are really comfortable too. Perfect for casual, gym or running shoes. They are also super affordable. The only problem I found was when it rained. They aren't slippery when you are walking in the rain. Its when you walk on a dry surface when you start slipping. I almost fell a few times. I'm not sure if this is normal, but all of the shoes I have worn haven't done this. Still won't return them. They are very nice. Still recommend to everyone!

    Online they looked good. In person, they looked like something my Great Uncle would wear while walking into a smoothie bar on a cruise ship in Cancun. I wear them for yard work now.

    Support is fine, but they are fairly narrow. I've purchased NB before so I didn't think of getting wide, with this model, if you have any pff on top of your foot, get a wide.

    I have several NB running shoes V3, I decided to try V4 now and I am glad I did.
    This is the first pair of shoes I EVER buy online and I am satisfied with my purchase.

    If you like New Balance Running Shoes M450v3 you will love this new somewhat-redesigned version 4.
    I am not much of a runner but I walk a lot and stay on my feet for long periods of time at work (4 to12 hrs/day)
    and NB M450 are the only shoes that will stay comfortable for all those hours.

    I have always liked New Balance. A pair a couple back wore out quickly, but generally they hold up well and are comfortable, offer several widths etc. So why 4 instead of 5? One reason I used to buy them is that they were US made. More recently, they have gone overseas with manufacturing. Bring it back home, you get 5 again. Keep it away, it goes down to 3 and, at that point, I start buying Brooks.
