I got what I expected. 12 gas rings in a tiny ziploc baggy. I was able to remove the 2 remaining gas rings and install 3 fresh ones within 15 minutes. Now my rifle runs much cleaner.

Quick tip: pull out your bolt and set it on the table standing up with the bolt face down and fully extended. If the bolt carrier rides down then you need new gas rings because you aren't getting enough of a seal. If the gas rings are in good shape then your bolt should stand without drooping.

Installed 3 into a bushmaster xm15 which had cracked one ring, and significantly wore down the other two. With these rings installed, the bolt was really tight in the carrier even with thorough lube. I was worried at first, but the rifle functioned flawlessly. The random short stroking I had every 60 rounds or so in this rifle was fixed. At first I was a bit peeved about having to buy so many at once, but after checking my other rifles rings, which were all noticeably worn. I may just change them all.

Just so happens I have a Rock River platform so I know the quality of these gas rings will be satisfactory. I've read on how to check the rings and the suggestion that after 3k rounds they should be replaced. Now I'm ready.

As everything from rock river I own, these are equally good. I bought of few of these for spares, and have used a set of them, no issues, and cheap insurance. If you have multiple ar platforms, you need these to keep them running.

Best practices dictate keeping spare parts handy, so as not to cut short your trip to the range. It wouldn't be a bad idea to keep a set of dental picks to help remove the gas rings from your bolt assembly, too.

Bought these to replace my worn out rings on my RRA rifle. The fit was tight and reliable. I put them to the test at a rifle course a few days after installation...still going strong! Would buy again...and again!

This product is outstanding. Xtreme Precision, LLC provided a great product at a fair price. They arrived overnight! The rings were easy to replace in my bolt and I was back in business in no time. I am very happy with Xtreme Precision, LLC's outstanding service. They will hear from me again.

These worked as one would hope. My old rings were getting a bit worn. Installed a set of these and they were good and tight. Nice consistent gassing for a consistent ejection pattern. Good value too.
